I would like to take a moment to introduce the Community Support team to you. We’re here to help you with any forum related issue you may be having. Vendor issues, to site function, to problem members, to spam we’re here to help.
What to do: Whenever there is an issue that needs our attention please post in the Team to Community Support Team section of the mod folder. Ensure to start a new thread for a new issue. When you do this a ticket notification is sent to us. We get these tickets from every forum and work on them in a FIFO order (First in, First out) and will get to you within 24 hours of the first post. If the issue is urgent, like if the site is down, being hacked, or inaccessible please email firstname.lastname@example.org
and one of our techs will come on ASAP and help you.
Community Site Help – We have added a help section for the community as well. When a member posts in the site issues section of the forum, a ticket is sent to us. Again we work on these tickets in a FIFO order and try to get to members as fast as possible. If you can help a member with an issue – great : )
The team consists of 10 members. When we post on the forum we tend to abbreviate our names when posting on the forum.
