My 08 RT FWD
with 3.5L with Mopar CAI

in the city i average 21MPG, on the highway she'll easily get 30Mpg

2012 avenger 2.4L 4 Cyl. Gets on average about 26-28.
Regular oil filter changes
Don't do the accelerate then slam on brakes thing some people are so fond of, coast when you can.
WhWhen going down a 5% or 7% downgrade over several miles pop your car neutral, you can't accelerate but still can brake Nd your car will be at idling rpm. It does nothing to driveability of the car and you can always just shift back when the downslope plateaus
Back into parking spaces so you can drive straight out when your car is cold and using more gas
Don't open winow when going over 50 mph
Avoid going over 70 mph
Know your destination and how to get there and don't change it. MPG doesn't really mean much when you waste gas going nowhere
Remove every unnecessary thing from your car
Tires inflated properly
